Our stalls have corrugated steel walls and ceiling, an overhead garage door with security latches and a light fixture that provides light and electricity for your use.  Our stall sizes are flexible because we can remove walls to create larger stalls from our 10' x 10' and 10' x 20' units.  Our stalls are described below.

10' x 10' (100 sq ft) - $53.00/month

This is our smallest stall.  They approximate a large walk in closet.  Taking into account ceiling height they offer between 700 and 1000 cubic ft of storage volume.  They are suitable for a small to large one bedroom apartment including appliances. They are also ideal for a small business inventory and properly packed can accommodate about two 1 ton pickup truck loads of posessions.

10' x 20' (200 sq ft) - $80.00/month

These stalls approximate the size of a large garage and can accommodate a full sized car.   They have 200 sq ft of floor space and taking into account ceiling height can accommodate about 1400 to 1700 cubic feet.  They are suitable for a small home's contents including appliances and yard furniture.  They are also ideal for small business inventory needing drive up access.


10' x 30' (300 sq ft) - $130.00/month

This size stall is created by removing the wall between a 10' x 10' stall that backs up to a 10' x 20' stall.  The stall will have a door at each end requiring 2 locks to secure it.  It is approximately the size of a small warehouse with 300 sq ft of space and depending upon ceiling height can accommodate from 2100 to 2500 cubic feet. These stalls are well suited for a large home or small business.  Small businesses find these stalls useful to store a trailer one end and their supplies at the other. 

20' x 20' (400 sq ft) - $150.00/month

This size stall is created by removing the wall between two adjacent 10' x 20' stalls.  They will have 2 doors side by side so you will need 2 locks to secure the stall. These stalls can accommodate a large volume of possessions having 400 sq feet and depending upon ceiling height have between 2800 and 3400 cubic feet .  These stalls are suitable for a very large home or a small business shop.
